Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Up to 20 bookings a month, one provider, email notifications. It's not a trial — it stays free forever.
How do deposits and payments work?
On Starter and above, customers can pre-pay a deposit when booking. We use Razorpay (India) and Stripe (global) and the money is paid out directly to your bank account.
Can my customers book without signing up?
Yes — guest booking is the default. Customers can optionally create an account later to see their booking history.
What if I outgrow my plan mid-month?
We'll show an upgrade prompt before you hit your limit and never block bookings that are already in progress.
Do you support WhatsApp notifications?
WhatsApp templates ship on Premium — both customers and staff get instant booking alerts on WhatsApp via Meta's official Business API.
